SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia) We ship to all regions across Indonesia via trusted courier partners (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, and others). Estimated delivery times:

  • Java & Bali: 1–5 business days
  • Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi: 3–8 business days
  • Eastern Indonesia (Maluku, Papua, NTT, NTB): 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping is available on orders above the minimum threshold displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the courier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@nilaya.co with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high-demand periods, weather conditions, or courier delays.
  • Nilaya is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been collected.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are unable to reship orders due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
