RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Nilaya, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 2Â days of receiving your order
- The product is unopened, with its original seal and packaging intact
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
Due to the nature of health and food supplement products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
How to Request a Return Contact us at hello@nilaya.co within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Defective or Wrong Items If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@nilaya.co. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
