All items purchased from Nilaya are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Nilaya is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over.
9. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return conditions are:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date the order is received.
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
- Items must have all original packaging and seals intact.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless the product is defective.
