As of today, September 25, I still have not received my order (#1040). I was previously informed that SPX expected the package to arrive by September 23 at the latest, but that date has already passed and the package has still not been delivered.
Could you please urgently confirm the current status of my order and advise me on what I should do?
If the package has been lost or can no longer be delivered, I would like to request a full refund. As mentioned in my previous email, I have already moved from the original delivery address, so I would also appreciate your advice on how this situation will be handled if delivery is still possible.
I have been waiting for this order for quite some time and would appreciate it if you could coordinate with SPX or KiriminAja and provide me with a clear update as soon as possible.
